Ann & Phil Foley
Set up Fayre Do's in 1994, both having worked in catering since 1973. Ann eventually went on to open her own restaurant in Dulwich whilst Phil went into wine bar management with Davy’s of London who sponsored his education at the International Wine & Spirit Institute from where he emerged with various certificates.
Since those happy days business has developed and we are now recognized as a leader in Location Catering .
Whilst Ann and Phil are now more involved with the administration and day-to-day running of the company, our experienced team on the “front line” are taking us to new horizons.
