  My working career began as a chef, training at Westminster College before working across several of London’s iconic restaurants. After completing the London circuit, I moved into motorsport, travelling the world, cooking for drivers and teams, and managing fast‑moving logistics under intense pressure. These experiences shaped the way I work today: fast, calm, adaptable and relentlessly focused on quality.

  My working career has taken me through some of the most iconic and demanding environments in hospitality and service. I've worked for Pete Waterman, gaining experience in high‑profile, fast‑paced operations, before moving on to the Orient Express, where precision, luxury service and exceptional attention to detail are the standard. I later trained as a midwife, adding another layer to my skill set: calm under pressure, exceptional communication, and an instinctive ability to care for people in challenging situations.

  My journey began in the heart of South Africa's exclusive luxury private game reserves, before taking me to England to explore the vibrant world of sustainable, field-to-fork dining. Now working in location catering, I've found a true sense of home: just like in the bush, every day brings a new environment and a fresh challenge!
